Anyway I did and it wasn't just any palette- considering how much I love chocolate and anything chocolate, I don't really know why this one never appealed to me before.
The Too Faced Semi-Sweet Chocolate Bar Palette is now all mine.
This isn't a new product; it's a kind of sequel to the Too Faced Chocolate Bar Palette. It's a high-end brand and they both retail for about US $50.
Anywho, it's in my hands and lordy!
It smells like chocolate when you open it up, each shadow is infused with real cocoa powder, it's packaged like a chocolate bar and it has the most delectable names:
Licorice (matte black)
Coconut Crème (matte bone)
Nougat (matte rosy brown)
Truffled (medium cool brown)
Hot Fudge (matte deep brown)
Mousse (medium matte tan)
Cocoa Chili (rich plum brown w/ gold sparkle)
Pink Sugar (light pink sparkle)
Puddin' (grey mocha)
Blueberry Swirl (metallic blueberry sparkle)
Frosting (metallic pink chocolate)
Rum Raisin (metallic silvery brown)
Caramel (metallic ginger brown)
Bon Bon (metallic copper)
Butter Pecan (peach champagne shimmer)
I'm in chocolate lovers heaven. You can tell this is not like any of my other posts because this is purely about a product junkie swooning over new stuff.
Oh and it's a pretty good product too.
The colour payoff is good; for the best results, I have to conceal my entire eyelid and set it with powder.
My favourite shades are Licorice-- this is my new blackest black. It applies like a gel- blew my mind-- and peanut butter. Peanut Butter is perfect for a warm neutral crease like for blending out colours.

I also love Hot Fudge, Cocoa Chili and Bon Bon.
This also means that I probably won't be buying eye shadow for a while because honestly, for my favourite looks, all I need is a gold and two shades of brown and a black.
Meanwhile, I will be wearing this chocolate bar out!
